- What are my payment
options?
We gladly accept Vista, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover, Money Orders and Checks (there is a $33 return check
fee). Corporate customers may establish credit terms.
NOTE: All checks must clear the bank prior to order being
shipped, so please allow additional time."
- How do
I place my order?
Phone: We are open M-F 9:30AM - 4PM EST. After hours
you may leave a message. Your call will be returned the next

Fax: You may fax your order to: 1-770-772-5585
24hrs/day 7-days/ week. Orders are retrieved and processed
promptly. Confirmations can be emailed or faxed.

Online: You can place your orders on our
secure site 24hrs/ 7-days/ week online! Orders
are confirmed via email. Also, from time to time we may offer
certain promotions (free shipping, discounts, etc) online
only---so visit our site often for these offers.
- What are your hours?
We are open M-F 9:30AM- 4PM EST with extended hours during
peak times.
- Can I change my order?
Yes! We aim to please at Confetti Gift Baskets. We make our
baskets as you order (no pre made baskets) in order to #1 give
you the freshest products and #2 to easily personalize your
gift basket based on your specific needs. So, if your basket
has not been made and/or shipped, we will be more than happy
to change your order.
- I see a basket that I want
that costs $100, but I want to spend less.
Do I have to select a different basket?
No. Confetti Gift Baskets prides itself on being able to meet
the needs of its customers whether it's the design, products,
budget, etc. Just call or email us to discuss your needs with
a gift specialist. We do custom orders!

Can I just come to your
store?
Currently, we only accept orders via the methods mentioned
above. However, if you are a Local corporate customer we will
be glad to set up a person-to-person meeting or send you a
presentation packet to discuss your needs.

Do you make International
deliveries?
No. Unfortunately, we are not currently processing
International orders.

How do you "ship" a gift
basket?
All of our gift basket designs are wrapped in top quality
cellophane or shrink wrap, decorated with the fine silk
flowers/greenery (or other fitting enhancement) and tied with
a hand tied bow. Absolutely beautiful!
If the basket is shipped via:
Courier: The basket arrives bubble wrapped by a
courteous delivery person and packaged as described above.
UPS/USPS: Our baskets are decorated as described above
and are shipped using our “triple protection” method. Baskets
are bubble wrapped and placed in a paper lined (for added
cushioning) sturdy corrugated box and then topped with a card
board “brace” to protect the wrapping and ribbon. So your
recipient receives a gorgeous basket as if it were never
shipped!

I want to deliver the
basket myself. Can I?
That is no problem. Baskets can be shipped to whatever
address you desire.

I want to place my order
now-but I want it shipped at a later date. Is that possible?
Yes. You can order anytime. Just let us know that you have a
particular ship date request.

I want to include a bottle
of wine in my basket. Can I do that?
Due to government restrictions, we are unable to include
alcoholic beverages in our gift baskets. But, we do have some
very tasty non-alcoholic beverages to offer.

person that I am sending the basket to has some diet
restrictions. Is that a problem?
No. We can accommodate your needs by offering several

I ordered a basket from you
and it was not exactly as the picture. Why?
Confetti Gift Baskets constantly strives to offer new and
somewhat better products to our customers, thus our inventory
is ever changing. Also, our baskets are made to order, so no
two are exactly alike. The designs are always the same
basically, but from time to time substitutions are made that
are of equal or greater value. Your satisfaction is
guaranteed. In many cases you will find that the basket looks
even better in person!

I would like to add a
picture frame to the basket. Can I do that?
The beauty of buying a Confetti Gift Basket is that since we
make you basket when you order it, you are given the
flexibility to make changes or additions. As long as we can
get a particular item (frame, music cd, gift certificate,
candle, etc), we can add it. Please note that the cost of the
basket will increase. Simply choose the item from our "Add
Ons" category.
