Donation Guidelines
How can my organization request a donation
from Confetti Gift Baskets?
Confetti Gift Baskets is pleased to review
requests for charitable donations with priority given to 501c
charities that help children and educational organizations. We
are often able to make donations of gift certificates or
standard gift baskets. We only ask that you place our company
name (Confetti Gift Baskets) in any directory (if applicable)
for your event or acknowledge us in some way and referrals are
always appreciated.
In order to be considered for a donation,
please follow these guidelines:

All requests need to be submitted on
your organization's letterhead.

Please submit your written request 2
weeks prior to the date of time needed (8 weeks prior during
November and December) in order to give our donations
department enough time to respond.

Requests can be accepted via US mail
or fax.
In your request, please include the following
information:
Organization and contact name, address, and
telephone number, and e-mail address (if applicable) Type of
event Event Theme Date of event Date response needed Please
include a copy of your 501c letter from the IRS (if
applicable).
All contributions need to be approved by our
office. Requests should be mailed to:

Confetti Gift Baskets limits our charitable
contributions to gifts of product or gift certificates, rather
than financial contributions or advertising placement. We also
allocate a certain dollar amount per quarter for
contributions. Therefore it is advised to submit your request
as soon as possible. |
