Confetti Gift Baskets is committed to protecting the
privacy of our customers. Simply put, under NO circumstances
will we disclose and/or sell our customer database to any
third party. The information we collect from you is solely for
the purposes of processing and shipping/delivering your gift
to the recipient. In order to process your order, we must have
your name, email address and mailing address. This information
will allow us to complete your order and notify you of your
order status. Your email address is used to send you a
confirmation of your order. We use a secure server to collect
and process all orders.
In addition, we may also ask customers if they would like
to receive special announcements or offers from us. Customers
may request to be removed from our mailing list at any time by
emailing us at: removeme@confettigiftbaskets.com
Order Cancellations Policy: Orders may be cancelled within
12 hours of receipt. A 15% restocking fee will be charged. For
example, Total cost of basket = $70, the restocking fee will
be $10.50. After 12 hours the order cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy: We make every effort to ensure your Confetti
Gift Basket arrives in good condition. However, occasionally a
basket must be returned due to damaged shipments. Damaged
shipments must be reported to us within 48 Hours. Please
return unopened basket (cellophane intact) in its original
packaging in good condition within 5 business days. If the
basket is opened, the 15% restocking fee will apply. You MUST
obtain authorization prior to returning the basket. Please

for authorization.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient or
buyer. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. No
credit can be issued until we receive the returned
merchandise. |
